Sharon is particularly skilled in: quality assuring services; identifying areas of risk and the development needs of key staff; implementing performance management plans; investigating and incorporating evidence-based decisions; and in diversifying services across large facilities, while retaining a personalised approach.
Having begun her career as a care assistant, prior to training as a Registered Nurse, she has also achieved additional qualifications in Leadership & Management at level 4, and in Quality & Service Development. She has also been accredited with the Registered Manager’s Award. Sharon possesses a discerning insight into the professional demands of operational and clinical practices, and into the personal and emotional needs of staff, residents and families.
